DIETARY INFORMATION

Our food is GMO free to the best of our knowledge. Our ginger is sweetened with honey instead of aspartame. We use raw sugar for our sushi rice. Our meats are antibiotic free with no added hormones.

We use an eco-friendly seafood provider.

Where available we use organic and/or locally sourced ingredients.

Please let your server know if you have any allergies or dietary concerns, we will carefully prepare your items. Consuming raw meat, fish or eggs may increase the risk of food borne illness.

MENU POLICIES

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards; no checks please. Local sales tax of 7.5% and a civic fee for local events of 1.5% is added to all checks. 

Mamasake’s menu is available “To Go” except during peak hours. A 10% service charge will be added for all “To Go” orders.  A $15 corkage fee will be added to all wine brought into Mamasake.
